Solar Panels

We are committed to sustainability and are working towards incorporating off-grid power supply into our ancillary and leisure buildings. To achieve this goal, we are exploring the use of solar technologies to become completely self-sufficient in terms of power. By doing this, we can make a meaningful contribution to a cleaner, more sustainable future.

Electric Vehicle Car Charging

We are proud to be installing electric vehicle charging points in all of our homes as standard, as part of our commitment to sustainability and a cleaner future. These convenient and eco-friendly amenities will help to encourage the adoption of electric vehicles and reduce our carbon footprint.

Recycled Stone Work

Sustainable practices are used throughout the construction of your property, and locally sourced materials are used throughout, limiting transport footprints and ensuring a constant supply.

We use recycled local stone, by excavating and shaping it to use as natural stonework.

Air Source Heat Pumps

All of our properties are having Air Source Heat Pumps fitted to every property as standard. These will be used to provide your homes with electricity and hot water, making it very economical and environmentally friendly.

Nature Study Centre

Cookswood prides itself on working closely with various organizations to help protect and conserve the British species present in the development. We are dedicated to creating a community that coexists harmoniously with the natural world and take an active role in preserving the local wildlife.
